45mm Full Shackle & Coil Spring Lift Kit (PRE-ASSEMBLED)

A tried & tested Australian full 45-50mm with pre-assembled Front Struts and Rear shackle suspension lift kit for the latest 2005-ON KUN25 & KUN26 Hilux Pickup models.

Kit Contains:

• 2x Pedders Gas struts and top mounts with uprated heavy duty Pedders approx. +50mm lifted coil springs (770 Lbs/In) - Come as LH & RH Pre-Assembled Struts ready to bolt in.
• 2x Extended gas rear shock absorbers.
• 1x Karsons Heavy Duty rear lift shackles with Nolathane Black Performance Bushes 

About the kit:

• Whilst improving the vehicle's looks and handling, RoughTrax 45-50mm full shackle & assembled front strut lift, helps to prevent body roll in bends. 
• Ideal for towing, off road & on road use whilst giving greater ground clearance allowing fitment of larger tyres. 
• By RoughTrax assembling both front struts with uprated Pedder's top mounts fitted and aligned, this can save massively on your labour costs.
• No stripping down of your old struts or fighting with spring clamps to assemble, simply fit the complete assembled struts straight in.
• We mark the struts Left or N/S (Passengers side on UK roads) and Right or O/S (Drivers side) - this is down to the way we align the struts top mounts ready to fit.
• All shock absorbers are manufactured by Pedders in Australia & tried and tested in the outback terrain.
• Rear shackles are from Karsons with Nolathane Performance Bushes, leading manufacturers, please see rear ride height note below.

Always ensure your front wheel alignment and geometry is checked after installation.

• As with all suspension shocks/coils supplied, paint is not covered under warranty due to the very nature and position of the component.

Ride Heights:
The amount of lift can vary pending original vehicles bushes etc, below will provide you with a good idea of the ride height after installing the lift kit, from this you can determine the lift the kit will give you against your existing ride height:
The kit is designed to lift slightly more at the front than the rear, this in turns tends to level the vehicle out more.

Ride heights are taken from the bottom of the wheel rim vertically up to the wheel arch: -
Ride heights are provided from a standard Double cab model with no truck top fitted
Wheel diameters will affect this ride height so we have provided dimensions with 3 common wheel sizes -
you can adjust dimensions by 12.5mm (1/2") accordingly if running different size wheels.

Front ride height: - bottom of rim up to arch: - usually a 10mm discrepancy
15" rims = 760mm
16" rims = 772mm
17" rims = 785mm 

Rear ride height: 
The shackles will provide approx 30mm above your existing ride height, however, the amount of rear lift will depend upon the state of your rear springs, worn springs and the lift shackle will have less of an effect to less lift, good springs will provide more lift.
